Here are some frequently asked questions we've received in the past. |

Q: Can I use my internet plan with EDGE?
A: Yes, simply contact your network provider for the login information to put in the Settings>General>Network>EDGE. They can see you have an iPhone, and there is nothing wrong with that. They should will be happy you are staying with them rather then switching networks.

Q: How do I fix YouTube©, my cell service, or SMS?
A: Tap on Settings from the home screen. Choose General > Choose Reset at the bottom. First try Reset Network Settings, and if things still aren't working, go back and try Reset All Settings.

Q: Why would I want to unlock my iPhone?
A: Unlocking your iPhone gives you the freedom to choose what network provider, and what applications you can use with your iPhone.

Q: Is it illegal to "unlock" my iPhone?
A: No. The Copyright Office issued six exemptions to the DMCA last year, one of which allows consumers to unlock their cellphones "for the sole purpose of lawfully connecting to a wireless telephone communication network."

Q: How long does it take after purchase to get the solution?
A: As soon as payment is cleared our automated system instantly emails a unique link containing your instant download location.

Q: Which iPhones will this work on?
A: All iPhones including iPhones that are out-of-the-box (OTB) or used, iPhones that have been upgraded from previous firmware versions or are current, and iPhones that have been broken (Bricked) by previous attempts or dangerously harmed by incorrect "free" guides.

|
Q: Will my iPhone still work with future official updates to the iPhone?
A: There's no way of knowing whether Apple© will lock out unlocked phones in future iPhone updates. However all iPhone updates are optional to install, therefore whenever there's an update we communicate with our customers whether it is safe to update etc., or whether they should wait until we have had time to fully test with our unlocked phones here. |

Q: Which features will I lose?
A: Visual Voicemail is an offical iPhone network-specific function, but unlocked iPhones on offical iPhone networks like AT&T will keep this function.
